Submerged Ultrafiltration Membrane
FiltMem submerged-type specially designed for membrane bioreactor (MBR) systems and submerged filtration processes in municipal and industrial wastewater treatment.
Reinforced PVDF Submerged Ultrafiltration Membrane
FiltMem ubmerged ultrafiltration (UF) Membranes feature PET reinforcement for 200N+ strength and 4000 LMH flux. Certified for extreme pH 1-12 environments and 5000ppm chlorine tolerance.
The series designed specifically for municipal wastewater and industrial wastewater MBR (Membrane Bioreactor) processes, it combines high strength, high flux, and strong anti-fouling capabilities, ensuring stable and efficient solid-liquid separation even in complex operating conditions.

Features
- Most probable pore size 120 nm (microfiltration) or 40 nm (ultrafiltration), with narrow distribution and high precision to meet diverse separation needs.
- Pure water flux ≥4000 LMH (microfiltration) / ≥1000 LMH (ultrafiltration), reducing pressure drop by 38% compared to traditional membranes.
- Enhanced bonding between the lining and PVDF skin layer improves anti-compaction performance by 30%, with excellent resistance.
- Surface cross-linking modification, improving anti-organic adsorption by 50%.
- Tolerates pH 1-12 and residual chlorine ≤5000 ppm, with chemical cleaning recovery rate >95% and a lifespan of 5-8 years.
- 1.3 mm/2.0 mm options to match high-load scenarios with sludge concentrations of 5-20 g/L.
- External pressure operation adapts to complex influent water quality.
Applications
- MBR municipal wastewater treatment
- Industrial wastewater and leachate treatment
- Decentralized sewage treatment stations
- Food & beverage process water recycling
- Landfill leachate treatment
- Textile dyeing and electroplating wastewater
