PVDF Ultrafiltration Membrane
FiltMem PVDF series are ideal for municipal wastewater, industrial effluent, RO pretreatment, and challenging chemical wastewater applications.
High-Performance External Pressure PVDF Ultrafiltration Membrane
FiltMem PVDF ultrafiltration membrane utilizes thermally induced phase separation (TIPS) technology, offering 100nm precision pore size and 1500 LMH flux.
The PVDF series are widely used in the recycling treatment of high-difficulty wastewater in industrial fields such as steel, chemical, electric power, printing and dyeing, complex surface water treatment, seawater desalination pretreatment, and as pretreatment for RO/NF systems.

Electron Micrograph of PVDF UF Membrane
The membrane adopts the Thermally Induced Phase Separation (TIPS) process, which forms a high-crystallinity γ-phase structure under the processing conditions of 220°C.
- Pore Size Uniformity: Most probable pore size 100 nm, distribution deviation <±5%.
- Surface Open Porosity: >80%, water permeability efficiency 1.5 times that of traditional membranes.
- No Dense Skin Layer: Reduces filtration resistance by 38% and enhances surface wear resistance by 200%.
