| Project Name | The Power Plant Boiler Feedwater Treatment System |
| Capacity | 7,000 m³/d |
| Location | Inner Mongolia, China |
| Water Source | Grassland surface water and well water |
| Process Flow | Media Filtration → Ultrafiltration → Double-Pass Reverse Osmosis → Electrodeionization (EDI) |
| Purpose | Ultrapure boiler feedwater supply for stable power generation |
This project supplies high-purity boiler feedwater for the Power Plant, utilizing raw water sourced from local grassland surface water and groundwater wells. The treated water meets stringent boiler feedwater quality standards, ensuring safe and efficient power plant operation.
Process
The treatment system adopts a multi-stage process combining media filtration, ultrafiltration (UF), double-pass reverse osmosis (RO), and electrodeionization (EDI). This integrated process effectively removes suspended solids, organics, dissolved salts, and silica, delivering ultrapure water suitable for high-pressure boiler applications.
Core Features
- Capacity: 7,000 m³/day
- Water Source: Grassland surface water and well water
- Treatment Process: Media filtration → Ultrafiltration → Double-pass RO → EDI
- Purpose: Supply of ultrapure boiler feedwater for stable, efficient power generation

The project enhances water treatment capacity in arid grassland regions, safeguards power plant boiler systems, and supports continuous, reliable power supply operations.
