| Project Name | Large-Scale Mine Drainage Water Reuse Project |
| Capacity | 23,000 m³/d |
| Location | China |
| Water Source | Mine Drainage Water |
| Process Flow | V-Shaped Gravity Filtration + UF Membrane + RO Desalination |
| Service | Mine Water Reuse, Industrial Process Water, Discharge Compliance |
This project was developed to treat and reuse mine drainage water from a large coal mining operation, addressing both environmental discharge standards and water resource recycling objectives.
Process
The treatment system adopts a combination of V-shaped gravity filtration tanks, ultrafiltration (UF) membranes, and reverse osmosis (RO), effectively removing suspended solids, organic pollutants, and dissolved salts from mine drainage water to produce high-quality reuse water suitable for industrial applications or process water systems.
Core Features
- Capacity: 23,000 m³/day
- Water Source: Mine drainage water
- Treatment Process: V-shaped gravity filtration + UF membrane filtration + RO desalination
- Purpose: Mine water reuse, industrial process water supply, and environmental compliance
This project significantly improves water utilization efficiency in mining operations, reduces fresh water consumption, and ensures compliance with stringent industrial wastewater discharge regulations.
